Mention XQuartz dependency in install instructions #20

When trying to follow the install instructions on my mac (running OSX 10.11.6), trying to brew install xpdf resulted in a error stating that I had to brew cask install xquartz first.

After installing xquartz I was able to install xpdf and continue.
