Do y'all have the exact profiles included in the Tahoe subset (250 perts from plates 1-3) used for benchmarking in this paper? If the base_adata and test_adata objects themselves are available that would be best, if not code that reproduces these objects would be good too. I'm trying to benchmark other methods on the Tahoe perturbational dataset, which has a lot of drugs, so if I could reduce my scope to the same set that was used in this paper that would be best!
