Describe the bug

RDAP requests using the library does not work anymore.
It throws : ArrayAccess\RdapClient\Exceptions\InvalidServiceDefinitionException
"Protocol service URL "https://data.iana.org/rdap/dns.json" return invalid data"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the example code of the README to query "example.com" of the repository and see the error.

Okay I had time to debug and found out it is linked with the allow_url_fopen option of PHP.
For security purposes it is preferable to have it disabled.

Maybe add a way to delegate the file download of https://data.iana.org/rdap/* files to the user. It could allow two things:

• Keeping disabled allow_url_fopen for better security,
• Cache the result to avoid spamming RDAP too much than necessary.
  The easiest way is to pass a callback during the RdapRequestInterface::getResponse() call or add a new method RdapRequestInterface::setFileDownloadCallback().
