Rename the CDMS2 tuto (and others?)

I have just opened the Jupyter-notebooks Tutorials page in order to locate the cdms2 tutorial for one of our interns, and it occurs to me that the title, CMDS2 101, may not be a good choice

• I know 101 because I have spent 1 year as an exchange student in the US, but you can't assume that foreigners will associate 101 with introductory class
• the tutorialss titles should be as informative as possible (without being too long)
• I'm not sure CDMS2 should be capitalized (ie use cdms2)

I suggest something like:

• Introduction to cdms2
• Input/output with cdms2
• Using cdms2 to easily read/write NetCDF files
