Rename documentation command to visit website and remove redundant settings button and reddit icon

- create a new view "History" (it will be similar to settings - you should recreate 'Layout' component (copy 1:1).
- unify 'settings button' into 'header action button', use for 'history' as well
- move 'history', 'settings' actions from headers to toolbar (to the right of 'documentation' and 'open repository'). With these changes, remove now redundant 'header action button'.
- because providers share structure, they should be bootstrapped
- [Fragment] rename to 'panel.js', 'panel.css'
- merge 'script name' 'style name' into name and don't use extension .js .css
- always inject resources uri, remove redundant param
- rename 'bootstrap_webview_html' to 'webview html'
- remove 'history' view
- remove 'reddit'
