SDcard react extremly bad on HTC memul #5

Commit b7a99c0 on branch cm-12.1 don't work with htc one mini 2 (memul). External sdcard react extremely bad.

Its a SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC 1. Without this commit the sdcard works again.
