As a user creating a new name tag, I may not know what a handle is if my name and profile picture are sufficient enough to identify me.
To inform members creating their new tag what a handle is, I would like a clickable "?" icon like the one next to the roles and organization textbox that will display static text on what the handle is for (e.g. a unique username like instagram or X account).
