Another tool would like to use PresentMon to gather metrics to use as a signal for selecting the "most representative frame" in a workload capture. Tool is currently using execution counters such as PS/VS/etc. invocations. The precise metrics tracked and their precise values are not important, so long as they serve as a clear signal to select a frame.
Considering either draw call command execution count or even command list execution count to use as a signal that is obtainable via ETW. Would be nice to select signal(s) that would also serve as useful metrics to capture/graph in other PresentMon use cases.
