Finding a scene

[eun346]

Hi, I am looking for a surgical simulation scene in SofaUnity.

I found this image in the SofaUnity repository:
https://github.com/InfinyTech3D/SofaUnity/blob/main/Doc/img/liver06-1.jpg

Could you let me know where this scene is located in the project folders?

Also, are there any other open-source Unity scenes or example projects that provide a more complete surgical environment, such as a patient, organs, surgical tools, or a training setup?

Thank you!
