go to definition / jump to declaration

1. mouseover a function call or an assignment
2. hold pmeta
3. the function's name gets underlined
4. right click
5. scroll to the declaration in the file

BONUS
If the function is imported from a module (AMD, CJS, ES6), it should be able to open the corresponding file.
