This document describes the governance model of the Magic Castle project with the following roles defined:
- Project Leads: form the Technical Steering Committee of the Magic Castle project
- Subproject maintainers: are responsible for specific Magic Castle subprojects
- Collaborators: irregular contributors to the Magic Castle project
- Determine project's technical direction
- Assign subproject maintainer roles
- Assume subproject maintainer's responsabilities of orphan subprojects
