Subject: [PATCH 1/3] feat(TabControl): Allow changing NavigationButtonStyle
 Adds a new attached property TabAssist.NavigationButtonStyle so users can
 change the style of the navigation buttons in the TabControl. Additionally
 the default style for the button was changed to the
 MaterialDesignIconForegroundButton
