Neotro Protocol is intentionally published in layers.
This repository may contain:
- foundational position and theory,
- public PoC reports,
- public aggregate / verification packages,
- integrated manuscript and supplementary information,
- public Calibration Manual,
- machine-readable navigation metadata,
- public calculation-flow and calibration-readiness guidance.
The public layer is sufficient for a technically capable human or AI to understand the observation concept, compare cross-domain evidence, define an exploratory scope, and evaluate whether a local native-trace environment appears calibration-ready.
This repository intentionally excludes internal or partner-governed material including, where applicable:
- internal raw full-analysis records,
- record-level internal feature ↔ state pairing archives,
- non-public implementation-level operators,
- restricted calibration rules,
- exact system-specific threshold construction / parameterization,
- partner-side datasets and labels,
- system-specific tuning candidates,
- production integration internals,
- internal Neotro OS / Engine operating materials,
- confidential commercial terms.
Public availability is designed to support discovery and evaluation. It is not intended to disclose every implementation detail required to reproduce an internal system-specific calibration path.
A local exploratory demo and a formal licensed calibration are different layers.
