#144 updated the OWASP backronym from "Open Web Application Security Project" to "Open Worldwide Application Security Project" (per the OWASP Board's February 2023 decision) across 7 of the 2019 edition's language translations, but the Persian (Farsi) translation was not included.
editions/2019/fa/0x01-about-owasp.md (line 3) still describes OWASP as a project for "web applications" (وب), reflecting the old name:

Since this is an acronym embedded in a translated sentence rather than a literal word swap, we'd like a fluent Persian speaker to make the correction rather than editing it directly ourselves.
