Get all dependencies to work with Bower, so they can be downloaded automatically. Possibly host some on skydrive in a zip file.
- ember-data isn't being automatically downloaded properly (plus right now we are dependent on API v11 rather than the latest v12. Once ember.js rc2 works we can update)
- Bootstrap 3 branch can't be downloaded with bower (doesn't support branches)
- handlebars is downloaded as handlebars.runtime.js, which currently doesn't play nicely with grunt-neuter
