First photo added to an empty planting site does not display on app

Tested on cloud_50_dev.apk

1. Went to testmap0301
2. Completed steps 1 and 2 to add a new tree to the map
3. In step 3 (entering details), I filled out no data fields
4. Uploaded a photo
5. Clicked save - no error on save
6. The photo did not display
7. When I went to the website (not the app), the photo was visible.
8. When I clicked out of the empty planting site and then back into it in the app, the photo was still not visible.
9. When I tried to add the photo again to the same tree in the app, it saved successfully and displayed immediately.
10. When I went to the website, the tree now included two copies of the same photo.
