cortex: record the IC50 scale-ladder runs (342411, 342412)

Phase 4's witness asks for EP at the largest N reached with per-rung timings.
Two ladder jobs on partition ral, each walking rungs 5, 10, 25, 50 of a
50-dataset simulated sample, writing a sidecar per rung as it completes:

  342411 — EP, nlive 150, max_steps 12
  342412 — graphical joint Dynesty, nlive 150

Rung 25 is deliberate: concr's frozen n=25 experiment found the graphical arm
degrading to 64/93 within 3 sigma while EP held at 92/93. The graphical fit is
the parity reference, so it is the side expected to break first as N grows, and
that is worth testing here rather than inheriting.

Ledger-only (task file plus the generated board), so this auto-merges.
