Subject: [PATCH] docs(batches): the record is opened by the batch conductor;
 carried: lines; the packet renderer exists

Cortex-birth phase 5 (PyAutoBrain#334): `batches/AGENTS.md` gains
`carried-from:`/`carried:` and the carry-forward paragraph; `packets/AGENTS.md`
names the renderer (`batch collect --kind cortex --apply`); AGENTS.md notes the
`--kind cortex` slot doors over the same plan/collect.
