New component for Documentation Library: Placeholder component

We have a component placeholder in Figma, ideal to show placeholder content, dummy blank space to inform "here you can put whatever you need"

It would be awesome to have the exact same component in SUI Studio as well.

Sure!
We currently don't have a component to illustrate a placeholder.
If we have one we can standardise how we display "lorem ipsum" components within other components (content of a popover or a toast for example)
