http://smart-api.info/ should have a link to documentation

As a developer I'd like a link to clear instructions on what fields I need to add to my OpenAPI v3 yaml doc to successfully register on smartAPI.info. Unfortunately the current website has no link for documentation (the documentation icon below doesn't link anywhere and I'm not sure where the developer documentation is exactly).

I think this document below looks pretty helpful, maybe just link to this?

Thanks for this feedback. I have updated the smarAPI document by adding an introduction which points to the website as well as the smartAPI specific elements.
