[Feature]: Improve navbar UI + RSS Images transfer

What problem would this solve?

I was think it would be better to add "view Profile" "Admin" "Sign out" under a drop down menu when a user clicks on their profile image on the top to give the navbar a bit of a clean look. Also would be appreciated if The RSS could be able to send the image as well when a new video post so the user can get an idea what the video is about.

Also read someone in #234 talked about the ability of adding profile switching with i think is a good idea to also be added to the dropdown menu as well. of all the logged in profiles to change to.
