I created the post 5 year's ago:
https://www.lesserwrong.com/posts/PsWt2C2LuQ4qEW6ai/defect-or-cooperate

Today I tried editing it, then saving the new version.

Looking at the frontpage, it showed the old version.
Clicking edit again showed the new version.
