Blog / Documentation idea: How to test a spacetime module ?

I tried to look for sources on how to write tests for my spacetime module.

• Searching for "test" in the docs only lead to https://spacetimedb.com/docs/core-concepts/authentication/spacetimeauth/testing/.
• The blog does not have an article either on how to test it.

I believe that any reliable application should have tests. And it is not clear to me what would be the best practices regarding spacetime:

1. Start a stateful spacetime server and use it as a black box. Is there any utility to ease this process? How to have 1 server per test so they truly stay unit?
2. Have a mocking spacetime server implementation that the code would link to directly?
