Request to Declare Python 3.13 Compatibility on PyPI

Hey py42 maintainers,

I am reaching out on behalf of Splunk SOAR, as part of our internal migration effort to Python 3.13.

What we’re requesting

• Confirm whether this package is compatible with Python 3.13
  • I was able to run the package tests in a 3.13 environment, getting them passing successfully
• Update the package metadata to reflect Python 3.13 compatibility for easier tracking and recognition, and publish a new PyPI release

Py42 is deprecated and will be end-of-life on November 1st of this year. We've been working to update any integrations using it to the newer Incydr SDK.

What would be the procedure to migrate Splunk SOAR's integration to this new SDK? Alternatively, we could consider end-of-life for the integration, as I don't know if anyone is actually using it.
