Constant Socket Errors on unity 2019.4.11f1

I installed this plugin through manifest but immediately after that whenever I switch back to unity from consulo it shows "socket error, only 1 socket is normally permitted"(Note: it is not the exact error, I wrote this from memory since I don't have unity editor open right now) This error never occurred before I installed this plugin, turning off both the toggles in the consulo tab of the toolbar fixes the issue tho.

Disabled by default socket searching in 2.3.0 version. It's legacy searching, sometimes was slow
