Add AI Boxes

Need to have a general tradestar AI box. It'd also be cool if each faction had custom ones, maybe with different benefits and downsides in future.

Additionally, equipable AI box items for actors would be neat, but that may be best left til later. These AI boxes will need to generate AIControlRadius, which relies on issue 36 in the source repo.
