Add option to `funcx` and `funcxy` to return the morphed function back on the original grid

Create a boolean parameter like "interpolate_to_original_grid" that forces funcx and funcxy to interpolate the function after morph back onto the original grid. Default to False for use with PDFGetter().

Note this implementation should only be done on the Python level. The morphapp functions morph back onto the original grid and do not need this setting.
