Save an uncertainties table alongside the morph reference table for CLI users as well as squeeze and func morph results

• Currently, when using the CLI, one has to track down the uncertainties by the +/- in each file. Please save the uncertainties in a parallel reference file.

• This would also be a good time to extend the quantities outputted in the morph reference table to include the squeeze morph and funcx/y/xy morph results. The baselineslope also if it is morphed.

This may also be a time to think about outputing everything in a databaseable format like json. This is with an eye to tghe future and a machine readable outputs (as well as human readable)
