Import QuickHatch Request Factory and update unit tests

In order to make QuickHatchHTTP releaseable the RequestFactory must be ported from QuickHatchSwift framework.

-Acceptance Criteria:

1. Unit tests must be refactored into Swift testing framework
2. NetworkRequest Factory must live under QuickHatchHTTP framework
