@douglowe do we need the deployment for the FORTRESS demonstration idea? See eScienceLab/rocrate-validator#111 (discuss with @AnnieZQH )

We need something for a demonstration of FORTRESS, but perhaps this could be the demo stack (run locally on a laptop)?
