Can we set the SNTP server to which the sample code is connected? How to change them?

One user company's network can't seems to connect to default SNTP server:
So,he want to connect to other SNTP server.
1.How to change SNTP configuration?
2.Do you have any other recommended SNTP servers to connect to?
