I'm unable to generate the TOC after I added the section indimail-mta authentication mechanism. This is the link
To Reproduce
If I remove the entire section listed above, gh-md-toc works
Expected behavior
I was expecting the toc generation to work. Maybe I have some syntax error, but I'm unable to figure it out. Currently I have generated the TOC for that section manually.
Environment (please complete the following information):
- OS: Fedora Core 38
- gh-md-toc 0.6.2 and 0.8.0

It is not a big issue and I want to thank you for this software.
