- Unified tool count across 7 files: status.json, index.html, README.md, try.sh, pyproject.toml, init.py, docs/index.html
- Fixed 18 stale references (258/262→259, 38.0.5→38.0.7)
- Released v38.0.7 to PyPI with correct "260 CLI tools" description
- Pushed all changes to GitHub via Contents API
