Tag a new v6 release

We need a new v6 release specifically with this #231 as I mentioned a month ago there.

Without that fix, people who are using this action to upload their build directly to Flathub ie. OBS, ducksation and others etc. cannot do so.

And the CI in actions-images repo is failing unless a new release is out https://github.com/flathub-infra/actions-images/actions/workflows/docker.yml

This also affects anyone using this action and validating the artifacts with flatpak-builder-lint.

Seems like it is impossible to reach after mentioning in the PR, pinging twice on matrix in the past 1.5 months and again in the issue here.
