Can't connect to E3DC web socket

I used to be able to get E3DC data through the web endpoint until a few weeks ago, before my home server went down.

Now, the same code that used to work blocks for a minute or so and then crashes with a "e3dc._e3dc_rscp_web.RequestTimeoutError".

Python version is 3.13.5
pye3dc==0.9.3

This is on a Raspberry Pi 5.

The problem appears to be that they have now moved from the old web portal to a newer one. That platform is at a new address so the line

REMOTE_ADDRESS = "wss://s10.e3dc.com/ws"

is no longer correct. But also it seems they are now using a REST stlye API and might not be exposing RSCP online anymore at all.

If you are connecting through web, I think so. It only works for the local RSCP connection.

I just created a PR that fixed the issue for me. Apparently, E3DC made breaking changes to the server protocol.
Sorry for submitting the PR only now; I was going to, but it slipped my mind until updates to this thread reminded me.

(edit, PS: it does work for me, now. E3DC have not discontinued the web API)
