Get-VSCodeExtension vs Get-VSCodeInstalledExtension

I was trying to stay in line with the commands from PowerShelGet. This was way I stuck with Get-VSCodeExtension, however I just found out that PowerShellGet has Get-InstalledModule that lists modules installed by the PSGallery

This has me reconsidering. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
