There's no instrcutions on how to do the excercise

there's no instructions on how to do the exercise. It shows a GitHub repository and that's it, no prompts on what to do next. Student is left wondering what to do to even start. There is some notes that ahigh school needs there extracurricular activates sign up changed, but then your left hanging with no assistance, no prompts, no steps, no instructions whatsoever. How is somebody supposed to do this exercise?
