The display width of the author column in the commit list page should be limited

What happened?

The issue is as described in the title. Today I noticed the following commit record, where the display width of the author column is already much larger than that of the commit title column, which looks a bit odd.

Additionally, I did a small test using F12, and it can be made even wider:

It seems that when the first author‘s name is too long, it is automatically hidden, but the second author's name is never hidden regardless of how long it is (I have already squeezed the table content out of the table)

Additionally, it also seems a bit odd that the email address in the second author's name was not correctly recognized (but instead became part of the author's name), it is actually completely identical to the former.
