Research-overview monorepo (nqc, verisim-core, verisimdb, lithoglyph, typeql-experimental, quandledb). MUST/TRUST pass, but:

• 19 files carry {{PLACEHOLDER}} tokens + 17 files reference rsr-template-repo — the estate's largest instantiation debt.
• The ReScript/TS/npm → AffineScript/Rust/Deno migration is planned only (…/RESCRIPT-TS-AFFINESCRIPT-MIGRATION.adoc), not executed.
• verisim-core/ (the VerisimCore categorical-abstraction layer of the KRL stack) has no AFFIRMATION of its own.

Acceptance criteria

• Clear the 19 {{PLACEHOLDER}} files + 17 rsr-template-repo references.
• Execute the ReScript/TS→AffineScript/Rust/Deno migration per the plan.
• Give verisim-core/ its own AFFIRMATION.adoc + scoped table (it's a shippable layer, not just a sub-dir).
