The extension shows up on the video, the extension shows that it is translating the video, it even notifies you when the video has been translated, but the voice stays at original English. The language settings have been set to translate from English to Russian, and the original video volume set to 0% while translated volume is set to 100%. Also the audio with translation is downloadable, but it just doesn't translate into Russian in real time. On rumble.com

на румбле видимо сменился сам плеер
да, панель VOT там присутствует, и дорожку получает - но она не ассоциирована к плееру - её воспроизведение слышно лишь в моменты передвижения курсора по таймлайну
ну и ещё одно, что указывает на отсутствие ассоциированности - это когда уже после получения дорожки перевода, стартовать плеер - то воспроизведение происходит с тем уровнем громкости оригинала, что был у вас запомнен в кукисах, а если куки удаляли то в полную громкость начнёт звучать оригинал - то есть без применения установленного в настройках VOT уровня приглушения
