Merge with fast_jsonapi gem

This gem seems to be similar, but with more active development (though active development could also be because it has more bugs, and more bug fixes, hehe 😄).

Would it be possible to merge the two projects? Seems like it would be better to concentrate efforts on one gem, if possible.

Late reply but: AFAIK fast_jsonapi is much more limited than this library, and does not aim at supporting the whole spec.
