[FEATURE] Different color for whitespace

Hi and thumbs up - great project.
When I show whitespace characters, it uses the same color as generic text. I'd prefer something less visible.

That feature uses the integrated markers of the QPlainTextEditor, see 4bd288d.

But you could use the scripting engine to highlight characters anyway you like, see #3253 (comment).
