Problem with the demo of ColoredLight

I dug into how the ColoredLight permalink happened.

The permalink was set at creation time. The create form lets the author supply a permalink and only changes after creation are restricted to moderators.

What I think happened:
the author pasted the link to the style's community topic into the permalink field. The code rejected it, but the error message then suggested a "valid" example built from that same input by swapping some characters to underscores: https:_www.phpbb.com_community_viewtopic.php_f=691_t=261863.

Pasting that suggestion back is accepted and it matches the live permalink exactly. The same result also comes from entering a URL as the contribution name and leaving the permalink blank, in which case the permalink is generated from the name silently.

#441 narrowed the allowed characters, so the exact form above can no longer be produced. But both mistakes still work on current code: a URL in the permalink field still gets a mangled version suggested back, and a URL as the contribution name with a blank permalink is still accepted silently, garbage permalink included.

Fixing ColoredLight itself needs no code: a moderator can rename the permalink to coloredlight through Manage Contribution.
Note the old address then stops working since there are no permalink redirects.

To close the hole for good, input that looks like a URL in the name or permalink fields could be rejected with a clear message instead of a slug'ish suggestion.

I updated the post to remove the part that was fixed, leaving only the main problem.

For context, I remember exactly when I validated and approved previous versions, the style link was https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/style/ColoredLight and there were no problems.

The permalink is set during the creation of the contribution and can only be edited by administrators and when the contribution has not yet been approved.

The problem here requires an administrator to edit and correct it in the styledemo.
