Release v0.1.0: final QA and browser-store launch

This issue is the release control room for App Notes v0.1.0.

The artifact contains the Chrome/Edge/Arc ZIP, Firefox ZIP, Firefox reviewer source ZIP, checksums, and the Safari web-extension handoff directory. Safari still requires signed Xcode/App Store packaging and hands-on QA before release.

QA evidence:

• 48 automated tests pass.
• Strict TypeScript and Chrome/Firefox/Safari builds pass.
• Real Chrome smoke test captured a 454×29 element as a 454×29 PNG, verified the blue overlay was absent, saved the annotation, and round-tripped the PNG from extension IndexedDB.
• Screenshot notes export as one ZIP containing notes.md and referenced PNG files; Copy all remains text-only and says Export includes screenshots.
