Subject: [PATCH] fix(login): stack network footer below the card instead of
 beside it

The injected Profullstack footer nav became a third item in body's row
flexbox, pushing the sign-in card to the left. Column flex + margin:auto
on the card keeps it centred with the footer at the bottom.
