targeted towards people who aren't web devs, but are techy and would like to create their own blog/portfolio
...ideally would be more like a pointer towards tutorials with troubleshooting and whatnot, but still need to flesh out the idea. Could be useful for academics, since they seem to really like portfolios with CV links and recent news with twitter feeds and whatnot.
