Track `sender` errors in a Simvue run

Problem Statement

Since the sender is designed to run on a cron on a HPC node, its likely that the user will not be checking in on it to see if there are any errors being logged, and so wont know if things are failing to upload.

Solution

Track the errors being encountered by sender in a simvue Run as Events, collate the number of each type of error as a metric, and record the number of objects successfully uploaded as metrics.
