Voice effects and Voice focus

I always used and using this specific ai feature for calls and zoom meetings
before the script only disabled it in settings so I enable it back
then it blocks the registery entry which I go to registery editor and reenable
now even after that it is completely gone from settings
so I have two questions
how to enable it back in settings ?
and how to stop it from disabling when I apply the script
