Resolved both conflicts by keeping both entries — `BufAuditorPlugin` (HEAD, Protobuf breaking changes) and `ApiCompatAuditorPlugin` (incoming, .NET API compat) coexist on disk as distinct plugins, so dropping either would strip functionality.
