Version 7.12.6. Intended to address #1200.
As reported by @bgermann , the bottom part of
src/xdrfile/xdrfile.ccontains Sun RPC code, which is licensed under a non-free license. This PR replaces the BSD code with code from @bgermann from this PR: mdtraj/mdtraj#2204
